The Appointment Group (TAG) has expanded in Asia with the opening of a new Singapore office.
The eighth office to join the TAG family is a fully-owned subsidiary of The Appointment Group London and will serve existing Singapore-based clients as well as new clients.
The Singapore office will be managed by Tracey Bonavia who will report in to Shane Barr, MD of TAG’s Australian operation.
Barr said: “Opening in Asia is the next big step for us, especially as here at The Appointment Group we have long been committed to tackling the challenges that the high-growth Asia Pacific market presents us.
“As our presence in this region continues to significantly grow, a Singapore office is an ideal gateway for TAG to make a stamp in the growing Asian business travel and event community.
“Having Tracey on the ground to lead the new office and working closely with the new team in Singapore, will deepen our relationships with existing global clients and partners. We are looking forward to becoming an integral part of the local Asian industry for a long time to come.”
Bonavia has 10 years’ experience in the industry and has been TAG’s Sydney GM for the last two years.
The firm believes its third Asia Pacific office will allow the company to build on existing momentum in the region, capitalise on opportunities for growth in the Asia market and demonstrate its strategic focus by expanding its international network of travel and event experts.
