We do not collect any personal information about you when you visit our website (other than the standard information automatically collected and stored in the web logs) unless you choose to provide it to us.

The only instance in which we collect information is when you subscribe to our email newsletter, send an email to us, send us feedback etc. The information will not be used for any other purpose.

KLPR Ltd does not share any information collected with a third party. We do not sell your email address, your name or phone number to any other organisation.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.klpr-agency.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

 

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information solely for the purpose of sending you a monthly round-up of what we achieved for clients that month. We don’t rent or trade email lists with any other organisation or business.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter and gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Notification of Changes

This privacy notice was last reviewed in May 2018 and will subsequently be reviewed annually or when required to ensure we are up to date.

If at any point we change or update our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will disclose it. We will use this information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
