Ethos Farm and Hansal International have joined forces to design, build and host their latest e-learning campaign on information security and the impact of GDPR for St. Modwen – a leading FTSE 250 property developer and regeneration specialist which focuses on the renewal of spaces to create better environments.

Jane Saint, Group HR Director at St. Modwen, said: “St. Modwen is a different kind of property partner taking a different view and our aspiration is to be an employer of choice in our sector by creating an inspiring place to work, where people can contribute, be recognised, be themselves and grow.

“Ethos Farm has proved to be an exemplary partner having built a great e-learning product for St. Modwen in record time. Information security is really important to us and feedback from the users has been excellent. People really appreciated that the content was specific, easy to understand and relevant to the organisation. And it was really engaging for our people as it was creative, aligned to our values and reflected our new visual identity.”

Mat Garner, Co-Founder of Ethos Farm, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Hansal International in rolling out our e-learning capability at St. Modwen. It’s great to see a property development company take such an industry leading, modern approach toward delivering training to their team and it speaks volumes about the leadership of the business.

“Not only have we designed and built the e-learning modules, we are hosting the product via our i-Train product and we are providing St. Modwen with rich data sets on its learning performance.”

Ethos Farm launched in 2017 with the aim of turning the traditional view of service delivery on its head by challenging companies to transform their approach to the customer experience and workforce engagement. It helps organisations do this by combining best practice in service design, employee learning and training along with the latest communications technologies to transform workforces into brand custodians.
